Aluminum AARP Building Dedication Plaque – New York

The plaque marks the dedication of a rooftop garden in honor of the founder of AARP, Dr. Ethel Percy Andrus. Salvation Army, and other organizations also donated to the project, and are mentioned on the dedication plaque. An inspirational quote from the founder is also cast in the plaque:
