Durable, architectural-grade stainless steel lettering for signs

Our premium grade interior and exterior stainless sign letters are cut from solid stainless steel plate, and good indoors or outdoors. At Impact Signs, we only use waterjet cutting, which ensures the highest precision for our stainless wall letters and provide tight inside corners and intricate details.

Our custom stainless steel numbers and letters are available in many options:

• Thicknesses from ⅛” to ½”
• Choice of standard alloy C304 or optional alloy C316, which provides additional corrosion and tarnishing resistance for marine and other harsh environments (additional costs apply)
• Cor-Ten steel, also known as raw steel letters, is left unprotected to rust for a completely natural look. Cor-Ten letters (link to page) will have random rust patterns when shipped that vary greatly from letter to letter. They will continue to rust over time if left outdoors.
• Finishes including traditional brushed and polished faces, along with orbital and random arc finishes with a unique sanding pattern
• Bead-blasted sides
• Mounting options including flush to wall or raised/floating off the wall

Installation is easy

You can install Impact Signs’ cut stainless steel letters for walls on virtually any surface including interior office drywall, exterior brick, stone, metal siding and stucco – using the included stud mounts that thread into the back of the letters. For a drop shadow effect, use spacers (also included) which will make your letters float off the wall.
