General Policy
- All of our products are custom made to order, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has started.
- If a product arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt. We will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue at no cost.
- Return shipping (if required) will be covered by us in the case of defects.
- Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Custom Signage (Letters, Plaques, and Non-Lighted Signs)
- No returns or exchanges after production has begun.
- If your custom signage arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will remake or repair it at no cost.
- Many of our finishes carry a 5-year or 10-year guarantee, depending on the material.
- All painted finishes include a 10-year guarantee against peeling, cracking, or fading under normal use.
Lighted Signs (LED and Illuminated Products)
- No returns or exchanges once production has started.
- Defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
- Lighted products include a one-year warranty on parts. If any part fails within that period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge.
