Payment details are securely handled by our third-party processor (Stripe); we do not store your credit card information.

We use the information you provide to prepare quotes, process orders, and communicate with you throughout your project. You’ll receive an email confirmation with a link to access or edit your design, and we may reach out to clarify details or answer questions. If you opt in, we may also send updates, new project inspiration, and helpful signage tips via email (powered by Klaviyo). You can unsubscribe anytime.
Design Approvals & Order Changes
If you cancel your order after receiving a digital proof, a $250 design fee will be retained to cover design time. Once you approve the proof and production begins, all sales are final—unless there’s a defect, in which case we’ll correct the issue immediately.
Marketing & Retargeting
We use cookies and tracking technologies to personalize your experience and show you relevant ads after visiting our site (retargeting). These tools do not collect personally identifying information, but you can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
Analytics & Site Performance
We use Google Analytics to gather general, non-identifiable information about how users interact with our site—such as pages visited, time spent, and general location. This helps us improve usability and site performance.
Third-Party Services
